You can park your car free of charge in the hotel's own parking lot. Basically there is 1 parking space available per apartment. Additional parking spaces can be arranged with us personally. - Dogs

In case of cancellation:
- up to 3 months before arrival there is no cancellation fee
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival there is a 40% cancellation fee of the arrangement price
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival there is a 70% cancellation fee of the arrangement price
- in the last week before arrival there is a 90% cancellation fee of the arrangement prices

If your car is higher than 2.10 m, you must contact us by phone BEFORE arrival, so that we can open the boller (ground anchorage) for you in Hinterglemm and drive you through the pedestrian zone, because the underpass to us is too low. - Everything in your proximity
