All around your bike You can park your bike in the lockable bike garage. You are welcome to use our washing station or the workshop to make your bike fit again for the next day. Parking You can park your car free of charge in the hotel's own parking lot. Basically there is 1 parking space available per apartment. Additional parking spaces can be arranged with us personally.
Dogs If you want to take your dog with you, please ask by mail if it is possible in the period.
Austrian Hotel Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation: - up to 3 months before arrival there is no cancellation fee - from 3 months to 1 month before arrival there is a 40% cancellation fee of the arrangement price - from 1 month to 1 week before arrival there is a 70% cancellation fee of the arrangement price - in the last week before arrival there is a 90% cancellation fee of the arrangement prices The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Arrival If your car is higher than 2.10 m, you must contact us by phone BEFORE arrival, so that we can open the boller (ground anchorage) for you in Hinterglemm and drive you through the pedestrian zone, because the underpass to us is too low.
